Field Trip - Jan 26

Bitwise is renovating the historic 'Old Spaghetti Factory building' in downtown Fresno and has invited our students to come tour it.  The structural engineer, architect, and developer are all planning to be on site to give you an idea of how each contributes to the design-build process.  They will be discussing the concrete moment frame structure and what is involved in the seismic assessment and retrofit of existing structures such as this one.  The tour will be Friday, January 26, 2018 at 2:30 pm at 2721 Ventura St.  If you would like to attend, please pick the field trip paperwork from my office and submit to Beneza by Friday, January 19, 2018.
